Michelle X is a London-based actor and singer. She co-founded Lowglow having met through training at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. 

As a lyric soprano, Michelle trained in Australia under Marion O'Sullivan and Catherine Carby from Opera Australia. She has performed solo and consort repertoire from Handel to Poulenc and Monteverdi to Sir John Tavener in landmark locations from St George’s Chapel Windsor and St Martin in the Fields, a well as on tour in Germany, Lithuania and now Venice in September 2023 conducted by Philip Thorby.  She has sung with the Erasmus Chamber Choir and Ensemble since 2017, which specialises primarily in vocal and instrumental music from the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries, with a particular interest in unusual and neglected repertoire.
